Jake’s attention to detail, professional manner & expert knowledge is impressive & extremely reliable. Jake listened attentively as he precisely diagnosed & resolved at least five separate plumbing issues I had raised for a remarkable outcome — no more leaks or drips, consistent hot water flow & stable hot temperature. Reinstalling kitchen taps; bathroom dual taps swapped for a mixer tap & deeper basin; replacing entire toilet both bowl & cistern plus other plumbing improvements, in less than a day. Jake was professional, efficient, courteous & wholly delivered everything I requested perfectly. I am absolutely satisfied & delighted with the outcome.
